Salmon on Salt in a Frying Pan

Ingredients

• 4 pieces salmon fillets
• kosher salt
• 3 drops lemon juice

   The fastest Salmon recipe:.

   Put a layer of kosher salt( about 2 cm.) in a frying pan and lay.

   4 pieces of Salmon (dryed) with skin down on the salt.

   Put a few drops of lemon on the Salmon and cover

   it with a lid.

   Cook for ten minutes onlyon a medium heat.

   (otherwise it will dry out).

   Skin of Salmon sticks to the salt.

   Take it carefully out of the frying pan.
