From Mom's cookbook.

SERVES 16 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water.

    In a large bowl, combine eggs, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla.
  3. 3
    Add noodles, apples and raisins. Mix well. Pour into 13x9x2" baking pan. Dot top with margarine or chicken fat.

    Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 50-60 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
