Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
mix all ingredients into a saucepan
  2. 2
    whisk together over medium heat.
  3. 3
continue whisking until the sauce thickens.
  4. 4
if after about 5 minutes sauce isn't thickening still add more flour tbsp by tbsp until it is at your desired consistency.
  5. 5
if sauce is too thick, add more milk.

This was so simple, no browning butter and flour, etc. Just mix, whisk, and you have a nice white gravy! Thanks, I will use this again and again!

Very quick, easy, and delicious! I do have one question: is it really one TABLESPOON of pepper? I used half of that and it still seemed very peppery. Sadly I didn't have any garlic salt available, but the recipe was good even with that omitted. Thanks!
