Adapted from Bobby Flay, but the fat is cut by almost 80%! It doesn't make much, but the flavor is strong, and enhances a salad very well.

This Salad dressing tastes awesome. It reminds me of a chinese chicken salad dressing. I didn't have fresh ginger so I minced some pickled ginger that you use for Sushi. And I didn't have sesame oil so I added some toasted sesame oil I had left over from another recipe.
