DNEPROPETROVSK, UKRAINE -- (September 19, 2008)
(lubavitch.com) The children at the Or Avner School of Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine have a lot of reading to do. The Israel Culture Center donated its library to the school on Wednesday.
