Instructions
Grease 2 loaf pans and set them aside. In a bowl combine the one cup water, brown sugar and yeast. Set aside for 10 minutes. Add the remaining water, oil, honey milk and salt. Mix together the ingredients and then add the flours. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pans and put them in a cold oven. Turn oven on to 350 for 1 min., then turn over off for 15 minutes. Turn the oven back on 350 and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven. Cool for 10 to 15 minutes and remove from the pan. Let cool before slicing. Makes 2 loaves.
